I've had those on this site as well. It's not really a giveaway; it's a raffle. You have to buy in to have a chance to win.

Actually you can send them a self addressed stamped envelope and they will send you an entry for free, guess this is how they make it legal. Read the fine print. Who is the guy pictured, too lazy to Google, never heard of him?
