WOW! that first one on top looks so mean....... wasnt it the burb that was in TTC?

bouncytruck 06-20-2002 02:50 PM

Yeah, that burb was in the TTC. I think it did pretty well too. I've seen the yellow one and the dark green '69 in magazine event coverage. They are bad to the bone! I just hope they were rust buckets before the saws-all came out.

Thanks for posting!

Yeah, the suburban won TTC last year
The green blazer looked good before this trip

bouncytruck 06-20-2002 05:58 PM

Man, there are a lot of parts I could use off that green blazer before he destoys everything

68SWB4x4 06-20-2002 06:17 PM

i love trail rigs....... but thats just wrong

Blue_71 06-20-2002 07:13 PM

why build it to go if your not going to use it? i say bash them to hell and bring em back again...

68SWB4x4 06-20-2002 07:32 PM

i agree use it, but come on..... these trucks are getting rare.. i say bash the 73-87s to hell.....
sure bringing them back again is cool but some damage is not fixable or can never be as good as it was before it was fixed

BOSS 06-20-2002 09:16 PM

Someday they will look back and say if only i hadn't have cut up the sweet truck..........lol:bowtie:

Blue_71 06-20-2002 10:21 PM

ok, sorry about that guys!! i wasnt looking close enough and thought it was the burb going through the ravine, but now that i was told it was the blazer, THATS EVIL!!!!!

nothing against the burb, but it was built with four wheeling in miond so i can see why theyd do that with it

Mudder 06-21-2002 06:37 AM

I love it!

Its only money! Those guys are having a ball and if its in an old Blazer> Go for it!:D :bowtie:

Yukon Jack 06-21-2002 12:22 PM

Nice to see a couple that I haven't seen before. The Top Truck Burb was pretty outstanding in the competition. Cool to see it win. The olive drab pickup is a sweet truck too. The write up was excellent on it.

Some of you guys will hate me when you'll see what I will have done to a 67-72

there are some more pics here

Scrub 06-21-2002 06:25 PM

I love the pic's. Can't wait to get mine done.

Which one is yours?

fender 06-21-2002 06:36 PM

Those are great! I wish I was on the trail right now. Here's one of my Blazer in the woods in WV. The truck is a good bit different now. Check out the carnage I created about 4 years back ( http://www.steelsoldiers.com/night_to_forget.htm ).
Sincerely,
Chris
