Adding switches to instrument panel... clean install locations?
Does anyone have any clean solutions for adding switches to the gauge cluster instrument panel? Every switch I find seems destined for the prop room in the next Star Wars saga.
Anyone have recommendations on a switch that fits in with these truck models without looking so out of place? Bonus points if you provide a picture of it installed! I'd like to add a three way switch from my door switch that would allow me to have dash lights be grounded when the switch is in one position (aka, turn on the lights)... in the second position, the lights are only grounded when the door switch activates (aka, turn the light on when the door opens)... in the third position, the lights are off (aka, the position doesn't ground the light). |

I needed to add additional switches and didn't want to drill holes in my dash so here is the solution I came up with. I bought this switch box from Amazon. The push button is for my semi truck air horn for blasting people out of the way.
