turn signal problem
 

I have 72 blazer left side works fine,but when turn lights on right dosnt work they blink low and fast i changed all bulbs clean connectors,im at a wits end..any suggestions

I have a ground from batt to motor the body to motor thats all i see should there be more? this is my first old truck i dont know what po might have done...

you need to understand the concept of grounding// in order for a light bulb to work it needs a hot 12volt supply then it needs a ground to complete the circuit for the bulb to work the better the ground path back to the battery the better it works the ground starts at the exterior of the light bulb housin then the ground path goes to the body of the bulb socket then the socket to the housing etc etc follow the path of the ground all the way to the battery


each and every piece of electrical stuff in that truck has a ground path//it is not just a few cables randomly placed around the vehicle

I had the same problem. My truck had been damaged during a storm and one of the front parking lamps had to be replaced. It worked fine with the headlights off. Here's what I found. The socket in the front parking lamp had the leads reversed. The plastic base in the socket has 2 small guide keys when they assemble the socket, but unfortunately it can be assembled 180° out which causes the base of the bulb to mate with the wrong terminal. This may not be your problem but it was the cause on mine.
