I have a 77 GMC and I assume they were offered with a deluxe gauge cluster with clock and tach, Does any body have a pic of one?

Only ones I've ever seen had either clock or tach but never both. That's very interesting and nice. My experience is the clocks lost time in the winter.

C40, C50 and C60 trucks were available with the combination gas gage and tach. It wasn't on the light duty trucks. It usually is identifiable by a 4k rpm tach.

You often see them in clusters that had vacuum or air brake pressure gages.

A few places are now selling a combination gage to retrofit into the pickup truck clusters.

This one is mine! :metal: This cluster was built by removing the air pressure gauge and installing a clock. This was from a C40 big truck. I still have this cluster, I swapped a stock one in when I sold the truck.

On the clocks I see 2 spade terminals I assume one is hot and the other ground...Were they not part of the printed circuit?

too bad the tach only goes to 4K I would 86 the brake pressure gauge and put in a clock and I would have it all.

The first picture shown by mongcanfly is correct for your truck as it has a mech oil pressure gauge. 78 and 79 tachs looked the same except they had a redline marked and were electric oil pressure. The 80 and newer tachs were orange needles and different font / colour. The tach, gas gauge and clock combo's are nice but not GM made. I think there is somebody that can modify your 4000 rpm big truck tach to a 5 or 6 or 7 k tach. For a small fee.
I just put a tach in my 86 and removed the clock. I must admit I miss the clock.

No the clocks are not on the printed circuit. Here's mine. It did not have a clock, but I added it.
