There's a gentleman here making fiberglass inner fenders, don't know of anyone making the outers.

Unlimited products makes fiberglass inner and outer fenders for 55-98 chevy trucks.

I believe US Body Source makes them. I know they make full flip noses and replacement Blazer Body tubs too
