Ok so i have a 95 1500 2wheel drive lowered 2" by spindals the other day on my way to work my drivers side lowerball joint broke so i figured time to replace some stuff so i bought inner outer tie rods upper ball joints new shocks and new lower contol arms with ball joints so i just got finished redoing the drivers side stuff now it seems like it sits way higher up than the other side is it because of the new parts on one side compared to old now im just kinda worried maybe the spirng isnt sitting in the pocket right was a real pain in the but to get it all back in what do u guys think

It could be the spring. You should be able to see if it is in the LCA right. Look at the shock and make sure its in the center of the spring all the way up. I bent the fingers on the piece that the shock bolts to at the top trying to remove the spring the first time. The spring wouldn't seat at the top right. The spring looked right, but you could see the shock wasn't in the center of the spring closer to the top. The truck sat around 1/2" higher on that side because of it.

Yes. It all had to come apart again. I had to lay on my back to see up in the spring pocket. Then use a hammer and prybar to straighten 2 of the fingers.

I use the jack under lower control arm method.
Just another idea. Did you "load" the suspension when you tighten the control arm bolts? If you tighten them with the suspension hanging it might be holding that side up... I'm just shooting in the dark here.
