GMC front chrome eye brow trim removal??

I have a 71 GMC that has the chrome front facing trim that goes around the front edge of the quarter panel. How do I pop this off from the clips??
I want to fix a few dents in the trim and then pop it back on.

It has studs on the back side of the trim, the nuts are inside the leading edge of the fender. It’s a tight spot.
I recall there’s 3 per side.
