1971 GMC C500 Grain truck
 

After many years of looking we found the new farm truck. Has a single dump cylinder with a 13'8" bed. Here are some pics of the truck and will update after it gets shipped.

Nice Truck with nice Sheet Metal. Nice Heavy Front Axle too. With a 351 V-6 to boot.

Thanks. I tried to get one in the best shape and the V6 is a plus. This should do us fine on our small farm.

my old farmer buddy r.i.p use to have a 65 or 66 c-60 with the gmc v-6 and she was a animal and fired up every time .

It's south of Perham Minnesota. I have a guy but it's the snow / salt I'm trying to keep the truck clean.

Nice truck! You may want to look at the weather there today. Unless you're going to have it hauled on a covered trailer it may be too late to beat the salt after today.

The roads aren't bad yet, a few places got salt last weekend but I really haven't seen much yet. Not like later in the winter when we drive around with salty white cars no matter what color the paint is. I grew up south and west of Perham, I think I know where that truck is by the stuff sitting in the background. That's the nice thing about the grain trucks around here, they don't get driven in the winter.
