Axles codes anyone?
 

I would like to compare what the ring and pinion gears on both of these rear ends I have to what is stamped on the axle tube. I cannot find either of these codes anywhere when I search the web. Could anyone please tell me what I have?

The first has a date code of GM K26 which I feel should come back as November 2nd, 1996. It is a 10 bolt cover with posi traction. It has 5 lug axles. with drum brakes. Code is: uuw go871 (the o could be a zero) however I never found anything even close on the web.

I know the second rear end is out of a 1974 c/10 Chevy pickup. It has a 12 bolt ring gear, open carrier and is a 5 lug. Code is: kdu w255 2
