Botboy, This Blazer Is Not For Someone That Has No Creative Mind,
Not Saying You Don't, Just Saying That It Needs Alot, Like A Front
Cap, ( Hood, Fenders, Rad. Support, Grill ) Needs A Tailgate, Needs
A Motor, Needs Sheet Metal Work, ( Rockers, Floor, Rocker Boxes,
Qtr. Panel Repairs ) Needs A Top, Needs Correct Buckets, It Needs
Someone Who Really Already Has One And Wants To Take 2 Of Them
And Make 1 Good One, There Are More Pic's On My Homepage At The
Bottom Of This Thread, Also "dtlilly" Might Make A Run Here For Ya. ;)

I've got an '83 K5 DD to drive right now and a '67 and '72 with descent sheet metal on them to take pieces from. Except for the repair metal and top I've probably got enough extra parts to make it driveable sitting around the farm. I've always wanted one of the full convertibles - after some other modifications I'm planning on putting a '73-75 windshield clip on my '83 to make it a full convertible instead of just a half-convertible top. How much would Dtilly charge to move it back towards iowa or minnesnowta?

Blaz'n - sweet K5 - good decision to not sell, they are getting harder and harder to find.

bouncytruck 08-27-2004 11:29 AM

Blaz'n - very nice looking. I'm with Yukon - good decision! Post some mpre pics!

Ugly - nice looking rig. Welcome to the board. No shame in buying someone elses project.

red71cheyenne - I think that is the first picture I've seen of your rig. How fare have you got on the resto?

red71cheyenne 09-01-2004 05:17 PM

Bouncy-hehe. I posted some progress pics here a couple days ago. Don't know how to link the thread though. Was labeled Progress Update. Jeff.
