After doing some research.I took a bestop bikini top for the 55-75 jeep cj #52505-01 and put some button snaps from walmart. Here it is only. :metal:

Total with the smaps 56 bucks and some change. I bought the top local so I had to pay tax. I have seen them on line for best top for $42.99. I paid 52 bucks for mine inluding tax. I figured after shipping it would be about the same. The snap kit cost me $1.77 at walmart I bought 2. The kit comes with everything to attach the snaps. Thanks

I would love to do something liek that with my 91 burb, since it doesn't have a 3rd row and no carpet in the rear, I would just have a larger box area than you would :D

I have a like-new full soft-top for the full top Blazers. I haven't decided if I like it or want to keep it yet. I have heard that they aren't availabkle anymore, is that true?

Depends on the manufacture. I know best top is the only one making soft tops for fullsize blazers. I have also heard they are back ordered. Who made your top?

Did you do the full convertible conversion, or did they make a few that way from the factory?

If it's the fasttrac version from STC and you don't want it, look no further. I'll take that sucker off your hands. Besides, it would look goofy on a 2wd anyway.

I did the conversion you could only get a full top conv from 69-75. Sucks I don't know why they ever went to halftop. I have heard due to being cheaper to make a half top and safety reasons.

THANKS A LOT, THAT IS THE CONCEPT OF WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE BY NEXT SUMMER, IT'S NOT THERE YET! I WILL BE STARTING THE WORK HOPEFULLY SOON. IT NEEDS A LOT OF BODY WORK, 30+ YEARS OF NEBRASKA WEATHER HAS DONE IT'S DAMAGE! :(

I did exactly what they did on this thread and it worked out perfect
