Identify Wiring (1988 V30)

Can anyone help identify what these plugs are for? The truck was originally a 1988 Chevrolet R30 L19 (EFI) that had a carburetor motor swapped in. The wires are wrapped onto a rubber hose that runs under the dash by the footboard. Thanks.

wires wrapped to the rubber hose could be cruise control.

Ok. Is there suppose to be another connector on the column for this?

Cruise Control would have a connector on the column. Can you get a better pic of the plug just to be sure?
