Saw this last autumn and had to have it. My first vehicle was a squarebody pickup back when they were still making them. This is my first Chevy since then.

Here is my ‘87 currently under the knife.
Half way through a 6/6” static drop.
Have 6-bolt conversion front rotors and a 3:73 posi rear end from a 2001 with discs to toss under the rear.
Gm transports with 245/30/22s for rubber will be going on for wheels.
Just got the fuel pump replaced and all my coolant hoses to get it running on the old 350. So far I haven’t gotten it to run correctly as it’s running rich but driving none the less.
I have a 5.3ls and 4l80e sitting in the yard waiting for funds and time to allow to build a turbo setup before swapping in.
Will need body work as well, but want to get it driving/rolling first. Interior is mint :)

Pretty excited about the build as this is me second one and learned so much from my bagged, ls swapped reg cab I recently sold for burb funds.

'78 Jimmy I haven't had out for about 3 years. Need to get it out this summer.

I have put less than 10 miles on it but I love it so far.
