Overall length of 67-72 Suburban

What is the overall length of a 67-72 Suburban? I am considering selling or trading my 69 for a blazer or suburban but I want to make sure I will be able to fit it inside my garage.

length

I believe it is 21-22 feet with stock chrome bumpers. Some standard 22 ft deep garages would be a real tough fit. I went 28.5 ft deep and wish it was 32.

Thanks My garage is just over 20' Deep so it looks like I better stick to a Blazer for now.

Just for info:....71 BURB / Overall length for C10 Series (up to 5400 lbs) and K10 Series GVW (ratings to 5800 lbs) is listed as 215.5 in from bumper end to bumper end....just shy of 18'..these dimensions are with standard equipment, unloaded. 6 cylinder or V8 configurations do not alter this dimension......... Dimensions do, however, vary for HEIGHTH:...c10 series (6 or V8) 72 3/4 while K10 series are listed as 74 1/4 inches high..........

Thanks Guys maybe I will consider a Burb after all. We are going to be having our first child and I want something more suited for a family. Right now we always have the wife and our 80+ pound dog and that works in the C10 but a burb or blazer is what I need when the baby comes. If anyone has any good leads on a nice driver let me know. I have found a few on collector car trader online that I am interested in. Also mine is for sale check the link in my sig for pictures.

my mistake

I guess I should be allowed one mistake once in a while. Forgive me I am not worthy!! I know another joke about the truth to the real length of 6 inches comes to mind. I can tell a great fishing story too.

As far as a burb, try to make one work. They are great and are perfect family trucksters. I grew up in a 68 back in 1969. (same color and style of 68 suburban's). Hey maybe that is our old burb, want to sell it?

No Problem Cheyenne10 I thought Burbs were closer to 20+' But since I could fit one in my garage I am considering one I found here in Indy. It looks pretty nice anybody have a good idea what a very nice restored 72 2wd should be worth (here in the Midwest). 350/350 Front & Rear AC Buckets with Third Seat.

i just bought a '72 for $6000. it's a nice driver but definitely not restored. in my experience, solid drivers go for $4500 to $7500. restored ones go for $10,000 on up. i've already spent more on mine than what i could sell it for. be prepared, so will you. you won't regret it though, these are great trucks (they're not SUV's)!
