1986 GMC Bed Bolt
 

I need just one, anyone got one with the washer and nut?

Looks like I have to buy all eight plus pay shipping online just for one.

1/2" by 4 1/2" long, carriage bolt, has the long square part underneath the round head.

I checked all the local hardware stores plus took a trip to FastenAll and they don't carry it.

Could you get a longer one and just cut it shorter?

The problem is the 1/2" (plus) square part of the bolt just underneath the round carriage bolt head.

It keeps the bolt from turning once it's in place.

Apparently nobody carries it locally. And I haven't found just one online - gotta buy a whole set of eight plus pay shipping. Over $50 when all I need is just one. Thought maybe someone on here would have one in their junkbox.

did you try lowes I think that's where I got mine last time

Its been a while but I ordered mine from the the local dealer . I think they came one at a time . They were individually wrapped . Might be worth checking .

First place I looked when I didn't see individual bolts for sale. I might set up a saved search of someone here doesn't come up with a good used one.
