Cab Mounts
 

I received a PM from a member asking how the aftermarket cab mounts install on our 63-66 trucks.
Since I have done several frame conversions using 76-72 frames I thought I would make a simple post of how they install.the first 2 photos are stock, never touched as far as I know cab mounts on a future 63 project.
The second 2 are photos of front and rear mounts, respectively, assembled how they go together. I hope this helps anyone struggling with cab mounts

That should be 67-72 frames not 76--- :dohh::haha:

Forgot to add, there are two sets of "sleeves" that come with the mount kits. The long sleeves are for the back and the short 2 are for the front.

thx my brother, that solves that problem for me. i really appreciate you doing that for me. i know i will have some more questions come up when i start changing out the frame horns. the pics you have on that will help out a bunch for sure also.

Seriously, the frame horns are the easiest thing I did. In fact, I will be posting photos I took of that on my thread I started.
