Spring in minnesota... projects are blooming!

5 Attachment(s)
Snow is finally gone so now the task of getting everything up and running starts. Got most of the runners going by this evening. Still a couple others buried in the garage. Gets to be more of a chore every year, but don't think I would change anything.
Enjoy the pics.

Thanks for sharing pics. I’ve yet to wake my k20 - it’s been in storage for over 6 months now. The Blazer fired up without much trouble.

Good grief between all the batteries and fuel, oil etc. I like your dedication.

Good project harvest....:)... I don't have as many blooms as you do but enough to keep me busy.

I heard a story on the news recently about an area in Minnesota where there are more 67-72 trucks than pine trees. They didn't disclose where, but I had a suspicion. Thanks for verifying my hunch!

Had the old girl out this past weekend. Lots of thumbs ups! Here's a shot in front of the city garage while I was dropping off some used motor oil.

I really like that look, all around... just as is. Brown with wide black wheels and poverty caps. Very era correct. Looks like a true survivor. My '72 is still on jack stands for rear seal/brake work. It got mild out in March and I wanted to get a jump on things . Who'da knew? Just got busy, family stuff, weather, house projects... life! I am doubly determined to get this thing back on the ground and drive it!!!

Not sure if they bloomed or fell from the trees. Didn't see them most of the winter.

Not sure where that would have been. I have a lot of pine trees.

Eric, your backyard of trucks is my dream and my wife's nightmare.

Speaking of which, will you be around the third week of July? I'm thinking about driving through your neck of the woods around then.
