crankshaft casting number help
 

Does anyone have a good source for looking up SBC crank casting numbers?

I have a 350 crank w/#3832442.

Can't seem to find your crank casting no on either the mortec or nastyz28 sites. Two other casting numbers with 383XXXX are 265's and 283 50's and 60's vintage.

Crank-3832442.......stroke 4.000x3.484
Conecting rod forge no/s 3923282 or 3946841
350-5.7 high preformance..thatll bring smile to ya..

Casting numbers are sometimes not clear. The -442 crank is 3932442.

Thank you ?Gentlemen?. It seems to be the orig/stock crank for my engine('71 LT1).

The cylinders are still stock size w/ very little taper and not out of round, but I found a deep score on the last cylinder I honed this afternoon. Looks like I will need to bore @30. To bad :)
