Do they make a new buddy bucket floor.
Just wondering if they make a new buddy bucket floor, my floor is rusted out and needing a new one anyway, and wouldn’t mind upgrading to buckets. Thanks

Re: Do they make a new buddy bucket floor.
Buddu buckets and bench seat use the same mounting locations so the floor is the same

yep they bolt right in to any 67-72 cab

Okay, thanks guys how about the buckets and console do those bolt in?

Re: Do they make a new buddy bucket floor.
You mean the 69-72? No. People do it but the actual 69-72 bucket floors have significant reinforcement in them. It's not safe or reliable to install factory buckets without the correct or equivalent floor bracing.

This thread will help. Do a search and you should find members that have new factory style mounting brackets for sale

Re: Do they make a new buddy bucket floor.
Im not sure if Im remembering correctly but it seems to me on the buddy bucket frame although it does bolt right in there is one hole you would need to drill somewhere in the middle for an extra nut/bolt. Its probably not even necessary. Or Im flat out wrong heh.

Re: Do they make a new buddy bucket floor.
You are correct. The outside holes mount exactly the same as the bench and there is a brace in the center. I've had 3 trucks with buddy seats and only one actually had a tab welded on the floor and a bolt holding it down from factory. All.3 were 67's.

Interesting, thanks guys I think I was trying to say normal buckets not buddy buckets but got confused, I just wanted something to hold my drink and have storage.

Re: Do they make a new buddy bucket floor.
Here's a write up I did on the topic of 69-72 bucket seats and what it takes for the conversion of a bench seat truck.
