Installing truck floorpan in blazer

Has anyone cut down a new truck floor pan and installed in their blazer.
Thinking of having a try. I have all the patch panels but will have to replace more than 1/2 thats a lot of welding

How bad is your floor ? I replaced the rear half of mine and it wasn't difficult at all.

I took a used floor pan and spliced it into my blazer mess. Worked fine so far.

Re: Installing truck floorpan in blazer

the perfect storm so to speak typical rot where the floor seams with the cowl. Outer rockers are gone some rust spots along the ridge where the front seat connects. Area where the front seat latch down sits had several small rust hole and the flat area badly pitted. Drivers side much the same. Its a weird blazer in that the inner b pillar is pretty much in tact, The little bracket under the floor at the knee wall is gone. I have the floor pan from an Arizona blazer that is fairly complete but needs some repairs as well. Body on the blazer is pretty good. Its a late 60 early 70 that is fairly well optioned so I want to do it right
