"New" 87 Silverado

New project I just brought home. Needs plenty of love but she runs and drives as is (not well but it drove home so I suppose that's something ).
Has p/w, p/dl and working a/c!
Anyone have any info on these wheels? Looking for the factory center caps. So far, no luck finding them.
Thanks,
Tony

Nice looking truck, 87 is a good year because of the fuel injection. The center caps should be the same as the truck rally wheel center caps, these are reproduced but in plastic or you can keep an eye on ebay for good used or NOS ones.

Thanks for the tip. Found a repro set that'll do for now til I decide on a wheel and tire combo later on

Re: "New" 87 Silverado

My front driver's side fender needs rot repair above the tire. The rest of the fender is in good shape and I would rather try and save it than toss it for another used one. Could I get away with buying a patch panel for the short bed and weld it in? Seems like the same shape along the top and the curves up to a point. Anyone ever tried this?
