Congrats on the new one. It will make the truck that much more special to be able to share it with the boy.

Thanks a bunch. Liz and I are patiently awaiting the little one. June 25 is are expected date.

Still pushing forward on the shop and made time to rinse all the pollen of the stepside.

Just an update since its been a few months. Our little man was born July 1, 2016. Mom and baby and doing great and looking forward to working on the short fleet with my son when he gets older.

Will resume work on the stepside here in a couple of weeks. Just getting the house and jobs adjusted to the little man being here.

Congrats on the boy, he's going to love your trucks.
The truck will be there when you have time, mine sat until my kids went to college and I got bored, hopefully you don't have to wait 20 years but the kids come first, Enjoy your newest addition to the family.

I am still working on the project. Things have slowed way down the last three years with two kids and two jobs. Moving the stepside up the hill into the barn in the next few weeks and with any luck should have it running under its own power by spring.

Kids are more important than anything. Before you know it you will be a Grandfather. The truck(s) will be there, the kids childhood will not. I remember those days. I was working at least two jobs to keep food on the table for the family. It is hard but worth every minute of it. My kids drive up here from Greensboro every weekend with my grand babies and choose to spend their time with the wife and I. We have one daughter in New Zealand, her and the grandson come over and spend a month a year. You ever need a retired grumpy old man to give you a hand, just send me a PM. I used to live in Fayettenam on Gruber Road. I believe the new name is Fayetteraq.

I have been in Fayetteville since 1988 and it has changed names a few times now. Still a lot of good people here and still some rough areas like most cities.

Progress will resume shortly. Leveling the floor now for the move up the hill.
