1/2 and 3/4 ton control arms the same?

I have a 1969 Chevy C-20 and a 1970 GMC C2500.
I see a lot of aftermarket suspension parts for 1/2 ton trucks mainly the upper and lower Control Arms. I do not see ANY for 3/4 ton trucks. Are they the same? Maybe just the ball joint taper is different? I don't know....

In 71 they changed the ball joint taper size to a larger size. Other than that they are the same I believe.

I know my 65 c20 wouldn't take 86 c10 lower arms. the c20 had larger center to center bolt locations then the c10. but the top would bolt right up.
