I agree!!! A Honda truck???? Honda needs to stick with what they do best....Civic's, Accord's, motorcycles lawnmowers and mybe a outboard motor. Leave the trucks up to the big three and out of them....I'll take a CHEVY/GMC!!!

Re: Ugly truck contest?

wait, all these ugly trucks are one color. I mean come on! I want to see a multicolored truck that still has rust on every panel and no hope of having it's panels beaten back into shape.

My dad's hometown has an ugly truck contest every year (Pelican Rapids, MN). Pretty sweet.

I do believe ugly trucks may have more fun.

(And I drive a shiny one!)

trkklr77, that seriously looks like fun. lots of fun. I appologize, the mud from your adventures made it look beautiful.

Yes in many respects the MotorTrend truck of the year SUCKS (excuse me: induces a large vaccum)!!! The suspension is way to stiffand ackward, the grab handle is in the wrong place and so is the arm reast, the seats are horribly uncomfortable, the back seat is worthless, the brakes grab so bad they make you car sick, :me2: and the bed is too dang short for anything. It does have a couple good things about it; the 3.5 litre kicks ass and the tailgate is something one of us should have thought of a long time ago, as well as the lockable trunk with spare tire, and the radio system with GPS is great, it's like MapQuest "live" . The reason I know all this is my Fiance's father is a Honda dealer and he drives a new one every other week !!!

you have got to admit that this is the winner, all the other ones are just beat up or old and rusty but the sad part is the owner probably doesnt reaize that its ugly, he/she probably thinks its the most beutiful thing in the world. Let me geuss it has a set of quad exhaust pipes too?:metal: :metal: :metal:

Pink truck=ugly but atleast you can still buy cheap spraypaint and with a little luck and a lot of bondo removal it could be nice

Re: Ugly truck contest?

hey i got me an ugly truck too. its a 79 chevy..just has gmc grill and tailgate. its old and rusty but runs good. i got a good deal on the tires so i cut the rusty sheet metal out of the way so they would fit. other custom mods include a passenger side power window..kids couldnt work the manual one.

Re: Ugly truck contest?

The limo truck looks like they took a uhaul truck, knocked the body off of it, put a bed on the back and added cabs until the two ends met. Id still rock it though. The purple/pink dragon gets my vote though for the reason that the owner probably thinks it looks good.
