2 wheel drive Blazer oil pan

Trying to get all my parts ordered for my upcoming LS3
/4L70 swap. Blazer will be lowered 3" -4" . I am assuming an oil pan is recommended? What have you guys had good luck with? CTSV? Fbody?

Thanks
Mark

I used an F-body on my 2wd truck. It fit real nice.

I have 2.5 drop spindles and torsion bars turned down and the F-body pan worked best for me. I know a lot of guys in my club with the "muscle car" pan and some with stockers but I really think they hang too low for me. About to drop a 5.3/4L60E in my brothers '66 big window short bed this week and we're going with the F-body in it as well...

I went with the actual Holley pan. I got a really good deal on it through a forum vendor But Holley was unable to ship the part for almost 90 days.I ended up paying $50 more for it and bought it from summit as they had it in stock.

are you having to buy a new tube and dipstick as well? or will it depend it on the style of headers that are used?

I "believe" my originals will fit. Not that far yet, but soon...
