73-87 Bumpers

I thought these trucks were the same, 73-80 for the front bumper and 73-87 for the rear. Does not seem to be the case. Can you tell me the differences?

Far as I know
Front
73-80 are the same

81-82 (turn sigs in bumper)

83-87 are the same

sport style (regular) Rear bumpers
Far as I know 73-80 are the same
81 to 87 are the same

Step-sides are the same for 73-87

The step bumpers and stuff dealers installed, no telling.

Bolt holes are different on the rear
