Thank you guys very much! We are always on it. We try to answer PM's in less than 20-30 minutes during business hours and many times before/after hours as well. We also have a crew, we are not a 1-2 person operation, this makes it MUCH easier for guys to order, check status, deal with any issues, etc.

We do the leg work for you vs when you buy direct from a big distributor, you are getting the same parts, but not the small business, personal touch we add.

The talk in some of these threads about certain bigger companies having sheetmetal that fits great vs others.... It all comes from the same manufactures in China.. There are a few pieces that are better than others, and that is why we deal in over 300 brands, we have the full selection you guys need!
