I agree on going with vintage air. VERY well known company. If you have problems down the road, they will still be in business to help you out.

If i remember right the vintage air kit is 1300 but you might get it cheaper off our vendors.I would spend the little extra for vintage air its all brand new design everything is under the dash so the heater box under the hood is gone.

I have used vintage air on several hot rods and on my chevelle as well.thanks just wondering if there are any other alternatives out there,price isn't really the issue.i just got rid of the outside evap box.so I'm looking for alternatives.i also sal classic auto air has some stuff too.thanks again.

The vintage air unit is a nice piece. If you don't want to use the cover plate on the firewall you can just patch all the holes in your firewall and then use the cover plate as a guide to make your own holes. Comes out really smooth.
