How to plumb pipe for Compressor

I was on another site and googled this subject for someone and came up with this amazing info. Thought it would be a good idea to post it here.

It really lays out some good info on the subject of piping your compressor.

Re: How to plumb pipe for Compressor

Thank you. The article prompted me to do a little more research on the use of p.v.c for air lines. I never realized the danger of that before and I won't be using them anymore. I made them a long time ago and never gave it much thought as it was something I had seen in other garages and I just assumed it was safe. Although I have never had any issues, a bit of searching revealed plenty of first hand accounts of rather catastrophic failures. Oh well, I needed a winter project anyhow.
