Wheel Well Color
 
As I understand it, Chevy beds were assembled then painted. Were all exposed, or other wise accessible, areas painted body color? The area I am concerned with is underneath and inside the wheel wells. This for a fleetside, BTW.

Was there any undercoating applied as well?
