window regulator
 

hi everyone,well im having a problem with my window glass falling off track.the regulator mechanicly looks or seems to me like its doing what its supposed to.now the glass is totally loose just hanging on there by its own weight,i did notice one of the guide round wheels that slides on the track keeps siding off,does anyone know what it might need??thanks for your input.
