brothers truck horrible experience
 

Placed my first order with brothers on the second of this month, about 14 items total. I recieved an email 2 days later stating a part i ordered was on backorder, website never said it was backordered. Then they tried charging me almost $40 more for shipping because something happened with their system because i added a catalog to my shopping cart. The largest sized item i ordered was the glovebox. A week later a box showed up with 2 out of the 14 parts. Had to call and wait and wait to talk to someone, couldnt find my order and had to call me back. Got the "new guy in shipping" excuse and they shipped the rest of the stuff out. A week later a box shows up and shockingly theres still parts missing. Call back yet again and speak to a supervisor and tell him what happened. Not one sorry or anything from him other than oh ok we'll ship it out. Never ever will i order from these incompetent aholes again. Dont make your problems mine. No idea how they have grown as big as they are. Still waiting on my parts....thanks for nothing brothers:m2:
