I tried to order from them but they only send to credit cards address. Wanted package shipped to U.S. address but they said no.

That’s too bad. You would think they would be understanding of all the extra costs for Canadians. I ship stuff to border towns all of the time for our customers and we’ve never had a problem. Their missing a lot of sales.

As stated previously the truck shop has a store in Charlotte. I have been there they had in stock what I needed. Also National Parts Depot has a sore in Charlotte NC and a store in Ocala, FL.

Pay cash at the Truck Shop. You will have to pay 7% North Carolina sales tax.

As I mentioned to someone, we could create a Road Atlas for parts stores/ wrecking yards for when were traveling. This is good stuff guys thank you and please continue.

So are you coming down I-81 to I-75 through Knoxville or picking up I-26 out of Tri-Cities (Bristol)?

Re: Montreal to Wildwood Florida looking for parts stores?

That's an experiment I'd like to try. So my route is a little open to deviations. You would have to search for the stuff while I'm driving and try and come up connecting with the seller so I can pull over to meet up and get the parts. Then we need to meet before I cross the border. I've stuffed United Delco cabinets into the truck without taking the passenger seat out . Grill support goes onto the top bunk easily so a windsheild would. Doors I put on top of the load or I've now modified some bars to be able to stack on top of them. Outside transported Items are subject to road scum unless previously wrapped . Between the trailer frame rails I've stuffed the steer tire of the Freightliner so you can imagine what else can fit there. Course thats all subject to my return load weight restriction. If I'm max'd out weight ,I can't haul anything additional.

If you have a buddy in the u.s. Maybe he can order the parts that you need from the truck shop. Then he can ship it to you?

And for us overseas customers who need to send to a shipping company it is even worse.
