2007 GMC Sierra
 

Here's an article and spy photo I found of the 2007 GMC Sierra. It doesn't appear to have the big bed side bulges the silverado has:confused: The wheel wells look the same, along with the side of the cab... but id does look to have a ONE PIECE front bumper. Hard to tell under the cloak. Can't wait to see this unveiled.

It looks like the new Silverado in a way and a little like the new Yukons.. Interesting.
I wonder why GM is building their trucks with so much rake? I like the back end a little in the air but it seems like they are getting higher and higher. I wish they would just raise the front a few more inches and make it more like a truck. And put bigger tires on it too.

I kinda like the rake. They level out nicely with a heavy load. I think the reason for keeping the front end low to the ground is due to new Government headlight height restrictions and the lower the front valence, the less wind disturbance the greater fuel economy. If you look at the new ford and dodges, the headlights are low in the fenders and the front-ends higher.

That makes sense, I hadn't considered the whole headlight deal.
I'm sure the new GM trucks will grow on me, I wasn't really hot on the redesign in '03 and I ended up buying an '05 after riding in a friend's Silverado and liking it.

I'm waiting to see better pics of the new pickups. My buddies 'inside' tell me it looks much better in person then in the spy photos... we'll see :D

I really like the new silverado, if I didn't have my heart set on a new camaro or mustang (most likely a camaro:)) I'd be gettin a new truck.
