No Parts and No Contact With GMACHINZ??
 

- I ordered an upgraded headlight harness from gmachinz.
- Paid via paypal on July 2nd.
- I was told he was 2 weeks out on shipping at the time I ordered.
- I was told it was shipped out during weekend (22/23 July).
- From Iowa to MS is about 4-5 days.
- He isn’t responding to my emails, forum posts or PMs although I can see he has logged onto the forum. I know he’s been busy with business and family but I made it really clear when I needed the harness delivered so I could get the truck back on the road during my vacation and he assured me it would be no problem but that ‘window’ has come and gone.
- I have repeatedly asked for tracking information so I can track the package but have yet to receive it.

- I paid via paypal so I can start the claim process. It's a shame to have to go that route. I really want to give the guy the benefit of the doubt but at some point, I need the parts, tracking info, or a refund if he can’t deliver as agreed.

- I can back all of this up via my PM history.

I believe I have been patient enough despite the poor communication and not knowing what issues the guy may be going through.

I have the same issue with a replacement wiper harness I ordered/paid for on July 6th. It took two weeks and several PM's asking for an update to get an answer and he also stated the items were shipping on that day (7/20). Still have not seen anything and the last PM I sent on 8/2 is unanswered..

I have had several other deals with him and this isnt his normal. I have a wiper delay setup i got from him as well that wasnt working like it should. My wiring is suspect so I wanted to make sure it wasnt the issue. He did offer to check out the module but then never told me when/where to send it to be checked out.

Received the harness on Monday. Won't be able to install it for a while with my work schedule so I can't say if it works or not; I have no reason to suspect it won't.

Not sure why he told me it had shipped back in July when the tracking info clearly stated it shipped out on 3 August. Still haven't heard back from seller.

I placed a WTB ad. He contacted me with the item I was asking for at a reasonable price. Tried to move ahead but he had gone AWOL. Felt funny about the deal so i checked out this forum. Let me say THANKS for letting the other site visitors know about his dealings. I’ll steer clear. wbMoore.
