Hickey Swing Away Rope Hooks

These rope hooks I believe to be a hickey catalog item. I pulled these from the Jimmy I'm restoring. I purchased it from california and it was loaded with Hickey items Roll Bar, Swing away tire carrier 38 gal gas tank. $30 shipped (For the Hooks :) )

Not sure if the ring is s hickey product. It was mounted on the bed floor as well. So, I just thought I would throw it in with the sale. As for use.... It some kind of tie down loop. :)
