I have a '62 GMC Suburban factory 4x4 with factory running gear, 305E V6, SM420 4-speed, clam shell rear doors, both side windows are slider, factory front split bench, 2nd & 3rd row factory bench seats. It also has factory front bumper guards.

The clam shell doors are complete with the factory hardware in good working order. The sliders operate properly. The floors, kick panels, front fenders and mounts are all in very good condition. This is a relatively rust-free truck.

I have a new fuel pump and carb kit for it, for now I can start with an IV tank setup. This is a complete unmolested factory 4x4 Suburban I bought in Medford, OR and trailered it back to my shop in Kansas City, KS.

I need the cashflow more than I need the truck, so I need to sell to someone looking for a good daily driver or a start on a project. I have a lot of better, more recent photos, I can share if interested.

Asking $4,200.00, but I am a little negotiable, so let me know your thoughts, because I am entertaining offers.

My son needs a little brother or sister, but Dad needs the cash more, right now. I am hoping someone is looking for a good, unmolested original survivor, that is complete. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

When the site allows, I will post some current photos. I have done a number of things, since the original photos were taken.

Tim:

Thanks for making the trip and I hope you made it home safely or are making it safely, since you may not be home yet. I will get the factory oil-bath air cleaner packaged and shipped to you. Thanks for giving BLUBURB a new home and please keep me posted on your progress. Take care and thanks again.

Tony,
Just made it in, everything went fine. I was a great to see that GMC grill follow me home. The truck was everything you said, plus more. Enjoyed meeting you and Cody. I will post the goodbye pics tommorrow.
Thanks,

I have a painted '63 Suburban rear bumper and a painted '65 Suburban rear bumper. Which one do you need?

I don't know the difference between them. I have a 64 panel and the rear bumper is different from the front. The frame rail bolt pattern is 32'' on centers. If you have one that will fit, that would be great. Needs to be straight so I can get it chromed. Thanks, Chuck

The frame widths at the rear changed in '64, so the on-center spacing of the mounting holes are different. I will check the on-center spacing of the two factory painted rear bumpers I have, to see if either one is 32".
