1972 k10 in Missouri
 

My friend bought this truck brand new. He said it was a great work bench and wouldn't sell it. He drove it to Missouri from Iowa 18 years ago, pulled it in his new shop, and there it sat until he sold his house recently. We aired up the tires, and flat towed it to my house. He sold it to me for $100.

very faded copper with a white lid

It's far from perfect, but it's not rotten at all. The engine spins freely. It's going to sit until this fall when I redo the fuel tank and lines.Then I'll fire it up.

I have all kinds of crazy ideas. Somedays stock sounds pretty nice too.

Do you ever check out the Versailles Sonic cruise in show? Very casual, lots of locals, great cars and trucks of all level.

Yes I've heard that, the bookkeeper at Bruns tire here in Eldon says her son goes there, they are from Stover. There's also one here at the Eldon drive in on the first Friday of each month.

It may be the 2nd Friday now that I think about it, hot summer nights on the strip is the first Friday. That’s a good time also
