Hei dbl check ?
 
I know this has been covered to death but i just want to make sure. I m changing from points dist. To hei dist. I ve disconnected yellow wire from starter. Taped up yellow wire that used to go to neg. Side of coil. Ran correct gauge new wire from hei dizzy to fuze block. All correct ?

You will want to run the wire to the IGN UNfused terminal on the fuse panel, which is fed by the ignition switch with key on. A 12 gauge wire is recommended.
you meant the yellow wire went to the positive side of the coil.

Here is a very nice alternative to wiring to the fuse panel as it directly replaces the ignition wire from the key switch to the ignition coil.

Yes sir. Thank you. Just wanted confirmation before i burnt up a new dizzy. Should be starting new 350 next weekend. Finally.
