Problem with my 98
 

Ok so i am driving down the road and the truck looses power, stick it in netural shut if off, coast for a bit, start it up and the thing runs fine. Does this enough to be annoying. I just replaced the fuel pump and the frame rail filter. The check engine light is not come on and all gauges read normal. Any ideas? Is there a filter under the hood? but then why would I have power after restart.
