03 up style steering wheel on a 99-02

ive seen some conversion threads, seems like some of the 03 up have the same plug as the 02 -earlier,
anyone know the in and out details of sticking the 03 wheel on an earlier
gm400"

I have the airbag for that steering wheel if you need it. its a GMC
