Where did you get these adapters at?

Check our arrowcraft.com They offer adapters for everything.
There are lot's of manufactures of adapters. Just do a google search for "wheel adapters' and you'll see. Most of the adapters I found were made of aluminium but my choice was steel. They work great.

Since this is a 1 ton truck with 4x4 thread I will post some of mine.
My 77 and 79 Silverados both had 400 sb, T400, and 203 transfer cases, engine/transmission oil coolers, and optioned wood floor beds with bed mounted spares. The 77 had 4.10 rears and the 79 with 3.73's. I bought a SAE part time kit for the 79's transfer case and installed Husky Selectro hubs. I had the 79 longer than most of my trucks back then and eventually installed the Featherlite 96x108 flatbed. I kept moving the modified for spare Jackman grille guard from truck to truck.

I wish I could find more pics of my 1980. It was ordered with the chrome wheel option. It had a 400 sb, T400, and a 205 transfercase with the factory Spicer lockouts, and 3.73 rears. I moved in 1981 and some things got lost/destroyed at the time,(pictures/albums).
All my dually K30's had the commercial duty 5 spring package of extra helper leafs except the 77. It had 6 leafs.
Next is my 1986 M1008. It had the 6.2 diesel. T400, and 241 transfercase, with 4.56 rears. Currently the blown 6.2 has been removed while I ponder it's next power plant,(Cummins?). It was a nicer ride after the installation of the 255/85 BFG Muds.

Here is my 1988 2 door, regular cab V30 pickup. It was built at the Janesville, WI. plant in May 1988. It has a 454, T400, 205 transfercase, and 3.73 rears. It has the record of being my longest owned vehicle of the 100+ I have had.

It is not a PK/UP but it is on 1 ton axles...

I just finished up a GM 5.3 swap into the truck and I replaced everything from the fuel tank to the fuel rail on the motor with new parts. The fuel system is all plumbed in -06 Aeroquip socketless hose and -06 socketless fittings. I replaced the tank with a brand new tank and sending unit for a 1991 Jimmy and put the pump in the tank. I used a Holley/Walbro 255 LPH in tank pump and a regulator/filter from a 99 to 03 Vette. I am the 4th owner of this truck and this truck is an original Arizona truck so there is very little rust on it at all.

not specifically a chevy, but if you did an x-ray you would find it is mostly a chev. tbi 454 nv4500 205 60F/14FF technically its a 5/4 ton, but that is splitting hairs

Here is my latest K30, picked up last week, put two batteries in it started right up. Military conversion of a M1031 cab and chassis to a M1028a2 dually pickup. Dana 70 rear rear, Dana 60 front, NP205, TH400, 6.2., etc. This may actually be a keeper.

Thanks! It still has the original 350/th350 but both rebuilt quite a bit - bored, RV cam, performer manifold, Edelbrock 4 barrel, HEI, Torque converter, 145amp Alt, built TH350 and 2 transfer cases behind that with all 1-ton high angle d-lines and yokes :metal:

What is that frame out of?
I may be able to get back my first truck.. a 55 Chevy 1 ton panel, and I wanted to go 4X4, Cummins, NP4500, etc..
The frame looks about right.
