Shaving the firewall

Ok, I know shaving the firewall helps the look of under the hood, but what are you guys doing for a heater? I was thinking of replacing my old, worn out heater with something better, but now sure what to use.

If u still want heat but want to shave the firewall use a Mojave unit for a jeep, not as pricey as vintage air, its the route I am going

Go with Vintage air I did. I went with there latest one. What a difference it makes the a/c is cold and heat it will burn you out. The speed of the fan in fantastic. So much better than the stock ones which could never come close to the performance of the Vintage air.

"Southern Air" sells a small under-dash heater for like a buck and a half. It's what I'll be running until I can afford the vintage air kit. I'm guessing that will be sometime in the year two thousand and never! ;)

I found some really nice ones a few days ago. I'll have to post the site when I get home.
