79 gmc kickpanels speakers ?

I have a 79 gmc parts truck I noticed the kickpanels have speakers in them I took them off and seen that the holes were cut neatly into the panels and the back of the kickpanels have a circle in them from the factory where they were cut out my ? is are these factory panels are they some brand of aftermarket ?the speakers were china made

no air vent on driver side vent on right side for the ac maybe factory ? I have never seen these before on another truck

Very interesting. I have never seen those but they do look pretty factory looking. If I wasn't so broke right now I would love to buy them from you. I'd say pack them away or ebay them because I'll bet somebody would like to have them. On my truck the PO added a speaker on the trans hump and I have left it that way for 5 years now. My stereo is getting upgraded very soon but nothing fancy.

found this part number on them rt side has 379300 306274 pp left side 379296 amp I think they must be aftermarket?

Is it missing the pull for the air vent cover? Looks aftermarket. Those holes in the sheet metal are SUPER clean, however.

no pull handle or hole for vent on left side
