66 rear fender
 

So my drivers side fender is in excellent condition. Has the spare cutout that i like. My truck is 66 and has the indentation for the backup lights.
Problem is, the passengers rear fender is not the right one. It doesn't have the indent, the backup light is just stuck on there. It was clearly replaced at some point with another year.
I have tried to find an actual 66 and repos don't have the spot for the backup lights. The 66 with backup light spots in them are hard to find.
Anyone else have this issue and what do you do.
I suppose i could just leave them off and replace both fenders, but my drivers is mint and original.

66 was the first with factory reverse lights for trucks.

I don’t think I have ever seen a passenger side step fender with the spare cut out.

NO need the passenger side fender only. My drivers has the cut out and reverse light spot. My passenger is a differnat year. So its missing the reverse light spot.
Don't want a wheel cut out on the passenger side.

Im just having a hell of a time finding that passenger fender.
Might just put the reverse light on drivers side only and order a repro for the passenger side.
I hate to ditch the drivers fender as its mint and has the spare cut out I like. I thought about ditching it to match the passenger side and ditch the back up lights. I suppose I could cover up the back up light on the drivers side and not use it

Billstruckstop i have dealt with already. They are actually only 3 hours away. But he has no actuall 66 fenders. He said he has only ever had a few over the years.
