Stranded in middle nowhere, 1987/350 manual ECM fuze blown
I had another fuze in the truck, plugged it in and it blew...:waah:
Any ideas to get me back on the road? Thanks! |

Sounds as if you have a straight to ground issue.
Which fuse is it?:chevy: |

Wonder if I pull the 30 amp accessory fuze I might get lucky and it will start? Only have one fuze left :dohh:

Found it after much searching, a frayed wire at the injector area.

if it was 30, I'd say why not... never put a larger amp fuse in place of one that's instantly blowing, your asking for a much bigger problem than you had such as a fire. even if its just to get you home... clint |
