2nd row arm rests

Does anyone sell 2nd row arm rest pads in any color besides black? If not, what is the best way to change the color of the ones I have? I need a set in a medium gray.

I've done this on my vinyl door panels and it works great... Minus the chemical cleaner. I used straight Simple Green with a brush to clean my parts.
