Wheel Spacers for rear
 

Hey Guys

Anybody running rear wheel spacers I have 8" TTII's on the back looking to bring them out to the edge of the bed.

1'' / 1 1/2' / or 2" good idea or bad who sells quality spacers?

The best to get would be BORA billet wheel adapters. You can get them with matching bolt patterns or two different patterns like if you wanted to run a wheel that has a different pattern then what your truck has. They are hub centric as well

I'll add that you will want to stay away from the traditional wheel spacers that simply slide over your wheel studs and cover the threads and are non hub centric. You will end up with the wheel falling off after the studs are broken.


The picture is some for an F-150. But you can see that they bolt to your truck and your wheel bolts to the adapter/spacer. These are completely safe if torqued properly.

One thing to watch is be sure the studs are 1/2X12, not metric; you'll end up with having to buy 2 different sets of lug nuts otherwise.

I haven't been able to find anybody besides these guys that make spacers for 4x4 squares. What are your impressions of yours? I'm a little leery, but I'll be honest, my K5 will never be off-road or haul/tow.

If anybody else has used anybody else on a 4X4 please chime in.
