OD green paint job

Well it does not look like i am going to make it to doing body and paint work this summer so I want my truck to be one color for a temp fix. I painted the two front fenders Camo rustolium olive drab green and want to paint the rest of the truck to match. Gonna throw in some flat black accents. Only problem is the rustolium comes in rattle cans. Does anyone know if you can get it in quarts?? I would rather spray it with my gun then buy a bunch of rattles. If not does anyone make a similar color? This truck sees alot of offload and winter diving and the rusolium was applied with rattle cans and has held up great!!!!!!!!!!!!

OD green?! You sicko! LOL!
Yes, they do make rustolium in quarts. It seems like I've seen it in hardware stores. I used to have a quart of black sitting around but don't know where it came from. Did you try an online search?

if you are going to spend the money why not just spray some CARC? it's inexpensive to find as overstock.. u just have to look
if you cant find any ask a old guy at the army surpls storehe'll know where to get it =-)
if you are looking for a hold over why not just hit up the paint shop and get some of the "discount" paint...???
y know the stuff htat's ready to expire. dented can, and or colors people dont like...

Just so you know.....you can't paint over that stuff. You say that you can't wait to get it painted "for real", but doing this is a step on the opposite direction. You would be ahead to leave what you have done and not spray any more. It might be mis-matched for a while, but it will be far easier and cheaper in the long run.

thanks for the input. I am a full time student so the truck sits during the winters and what not. It also has selveral layers of paint on it so it will all need to be stripped down anyway. I would like it one color to make it alittle more presentable for my bro or father to drive.

Thanks for the info i am gonna need to put more thought into this
